All deliveries will be made on the NEXT day for orders received before 1:00 PM (Shanghai time GMT+0800 hrs), excluding holidays and festive seasons. Otherwise the deliveries will be made on the second day. For orders received after 1:00 PM on Saturday or on Sunday, delivery will be made on Monday. If your delivery date falls on Shanghai Public Holiday, delivery will be made on the next working day.

Please contact us if you like to made special arrangement over the weekend or during Public holiday.

For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, please order at least two days in advance to guarantee the availability of stocks and on-time delivery.

If you require delivery over weekend or on public holidays or on Sunday, kindly inform us 1 to 2 days in advance. In the event that such special arrangements are not possible, the delivery will be made on the day before or after the date requested.

If the recipient is unreachable at the time of delivery, we may inform the sender or contact recipient (if contact number of recipient is stated in the order form) to re-arrange the delivery time.

Please provide at least a 3 hours range for delivery. However, we will try to accommodate to the delivery time as per requested by customers. Please state specific requirements in the Add Message Card comment box during checkout. We will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery within a specific time requested due to unforseen circumstances that are beyond our control.

We provide free delivery within Shanghai, China! To maintain outstanding quality and service, we DO NOT deliver to areas outside of Shanghai, China. We make it a point to deliver every bouquet ourselves.

Payment and Order Method

We accept international credit and debit card payment via Paypal. Alternatively, local orders can also be paid with local bank transfer. Payment method is chosen during checkout process.

Credit Card or Debit Card via Paypal
You will be re-directed to Paypal website automatically once the order is confirmed. Your billing and credit card information is processed securely by Paypal and we do not have access to the information. In some countries, you may not need a Paypal account to pay. Please note that Paypal e-check is not accepted due to the time required for clearance. Your order may not be delivered due to e-check clearance delay.
Important Note: Once Paypal payment has been completed, please wait for Paypal to auto redirect you back to our order page. This is important to ensure that our system is updated with your payment status.

Local Bank Transfer
If this method is chosen, the payment instruction for the transfer will be emailed to you with your order confirmation. Please inform us by email after transfer has been completed. We regret that we will not process your order until payment is received.

Pricing Policy

Prices quoted are not applicable for special occasions. For example, prices shown are not for St. Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Prices for the two celebrations will be announced two weeks on this site prior to the celebrations.

All prices quoted in our web site are in Yuan or its equivalent in USD. All Paypal payments (credit card and debit) are charged in USD and are subject to slight currency fluctuation. Local bank transfer is in Yuan.

Substitution Policy

Product contents in all arrangements are subject to stock availability. When an item is not available, the closest substitute of a similar value will be used. We reserve the right to change flowers, a specific basket, vase, soft toy, wrapping paper, cake, wine in the event of unavailability of the items to ensure your order arrives on time.

Specific colours may not always be available. For example, if we are out of pink roses, we will substitute with another colour of roses, but not with another type of flower.

Seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. When substitution is necessary, our professional florists will ensure that the style or the appearance of the arrangement as per the catalogue will be maintained. For the arrangements handled by Interflora, the flora products especially the design of the arrangements might not be exactly the same as per catalogue. However, our affiliates will make the arrangements look nice and attractive professionally.
